Unfortunately, due to the unpredictability of transport times over the past 18 months we are unable to provide approximate lead times for deliveries to our customers.
Recently our transport partners, both local and interstate, have advised that due to the ongoing impact of the Corona virus on their staffing levels and global worker shortages, combined with recent flooding across large parts of Australia and additional freight volumes due to the festive season, your order may take longer than usual to arrive.
We want to assure you we are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure we get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking link to the transport company’s website so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
